…why am I nevertheless awake? It’s Connecticon time, I will be sleeping! Oh, effectively. I’ll be quick here.
This coming year I’ll be going to CTcon for all a few days, and I have things i believe is a functional photographic camera, so I’m going to try to publish some pics and paperwork throughout the weekend. I don’t have particular goals this year… my girlfriends aren’t really around pertaining to entering the Rock Band tourney once more or anything… so I’ll be floating, which is, frankly, quite awesome. I’m going to try to get yourself a mix of experiences. I might actually try out the scavenger hunt
Bad Mike’s wig still makes him or her look a bit like a Beatle on this photo… oh, well. We still like it. It’s via Anime Boston last year, though the costume is relevant… read on… ._.;
The costume situation is a bit sad. My wig never ever arrived (I still never have heard word about it even with sending emails… I’ll supply updates on this saga with regard to helping those of you considering making an acquisition at limebarb… I’m trying not to judge, yet), so simply no Pokemon this time around. That was okay and planned for. I invested some time today ironing our Souseiseki costume, hemming the cape (the thing I had time to fix for this costume for now, which is good), and getting everything else together. My spouse and i planned meticulously! I arranged, as I do best! But, somehow dropped the basketball and left the garments parts of my costume holding on my fridge door. Oh, my. I guess that black plastic bag made it blend in… you know, to the white refrigerator… >_>
Not my finest minute. >______> Uh… I blame work-related stress?
Thankfully I have some other costumes here, and for the sake of comfort and cuteness, I’m going as place commander Haruhi Suzumiya again. I really like the actual costume, so I’m not precisely upset about it Look for me throughout red, if any one can be ever at all looking for us. I don’t think Kyon will be creating an appearance this time around.
And, in the future, my checklist goes with me into the car for a once-over just before pulling out of the parking lot. In the event.
